Privacy Policy

1. Who we are

Luxe Corporate Living is a Georgia limited liability company with offices at 1175 Peachtree St NE, Suite 1000, Atlanta, GA 30361. We operate a corporate leasing program: we sign apartment leases as the primary tenant so that applicants who would fail conventional tenant screening can be placed in housing. Luxe Corporate Living is the data controller for the information described here.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

• Identity and contact details — first and last name, email address, telephone number, current city and state.
• Housing requirements — target city or neighborhood, desired move-in date, bedroom count, rent budget, and specific communities you want us to apply to.
• Qualification details — employment status, stated monthly income, whether that income is verifiable, and the primary barrier (eviction, credit, bankruptcy, and similar) that you want the program to address.
• Identity documents — images of the front and back of a government-issued photo ID, which property management companies require on a corporate lease file.
• Electronic signature records — the name you type as a signature, the timestamp, the documents signed, and the IP address the signature was made from. These are retained because they evidence a binding agreement.
• Anything else you send us — the free-text summary of your situation, plus email, chat, and phone correspondence.

Information collected automatically

• Technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and pages viewed, through our hosting provider's standard request logs.
• Approximate location — our site infers your city and state from your IP address in order to show you the markets we serve. This is an estimate, it is not stored against your file, and it is never precise GPS location.
• Analytics and advertising identifiers — see Cookies and tracking below.

3. Why we use it

Purpose	What this means in practice
Assessing your application	Confirming that your income and requirements fit the program before a Relocation Specialist contacts you.
Submitting corporate lease applications	Providing the property management company with the occupant details and identity documents their corporate file requires.
Communicating with you	Calling, emailing, or texting you about your file, property options, and next steps.
Taking payment	Processing the application, admin, and service fees through our payment and invoicing providers.
Legal and record-keeping	Retaining signed agreements, invoices, and lease documents for as long as we carry liability on your lease.
Improving the service	Understanding, in aggregate, which pages and markets generate applications.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers. We disclose it only to:

• Property management companies and apartment communities you have asked us to apply to. This is the core purpose of the program; a corporate lease application cannot be submitted without it.
• Service providers who operate our infrastructure — our website host, form and database providers, email delivery provider, and payment and invoicing provider. They may process your data only on our instructions.
• Professional advisors — accountants and lawyers, where required.
• Authorities — where we are legally compelled, or where disclosure is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim.

5. How long we keep it

Application records are retained for as long as your file is active and for a further seven years afterwards, because Luxe Corporate Living remains a named party on leases it has signed and must be able to evidence the agreements behind them. Identity documents are retained only for as long as the corporate lease application requires them, and are deleted on request once a placement is complete or a file is closed. Marketing contact details are removed as soon as you unsubscribe.

6. Your choices and rights

• Access and correction — ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.
• Deletion — ask us to delete your file. We will do so except where a record must be retained for the legal reasons described above.
• Marketing opt-out — every marketing email contains an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately. Reply STOP to any text message to stop texts. We will still contact you about an application already in progress.
• California residents — you may request disclosure of the categories of personal information collected, the purposes for collection, and the categories of third parties it is disclosed to; you may request deletion; and you may exercise these rights without being treated differently. We do not sell or share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising in the sense given to those terms by the CCPA.

7. Cookies and tracking

We use a small number of cookies and tracking scripts: essential cookies that keep the site and client portal working, analytics that tell us in aggregate which pages lead to applications, and advertising pixels that let us measure and target our own advertising. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the site remains usable, but the client portal requires its session cookie to function.

8. Communications consent

By submitting an application you agree that we may contact you by phone, email, and text message about that application and about property options relevant to it. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of being placed in housing, and you can withdraw it at any time without affecting an application in progress.

9. Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enforced, application data is held in access-controlled systems, and administrative screens require authentication. No system is perfectly secure, so we ask that you send identity documents only through the upload fields on our application form and never by unencrypted email.

10. Children

The program is for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has submitted information, contact us and we will delete it.

11. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes affecting how we use information already collected will be notified to applicants by email.
