Anyone who opens your link stays credited to you for 90 days, through to the moment they submit an application. If they never used the link, they can still type your code straight into the application form.

We email you the moment your code is used on an application. Once that referral signs their lease and moves in, your commission is released by ACH, Zelle, or PayPal — whichever you pick.

Partner Questions

When exactly do I get paid?
Your commission is earned when the person you referred signs their lease and moves in — not when they apply and not when they are approved. We notify you at the email you signed up with, then confirm your payout details privately before sending funds.
How do you know the referral came from me?
Your link carries your referral code. When someone opens it — on any page of the site, not just the homepage — we store that code in their browser for 90 days and attach it automatically to the application they submit, even if they browse for a while first or come back days later. Nothing for them to remember or type.
What if my referral applies without using my link?
They can still credit you by hand. The application has a Referral Code field near the top — if they enter your code there, the referral is attached exactly as it would have been through your link, and you get the same confirmation email. Only if they have already submitted without it does it need fixing manually: email Leasing@luxecorporateliving.info with your code and their name before they sign a lease.
How will I know my code was used?
We email you at your signup address as soon as an application comes in under your code, so you never have to ask whether a referral landed. To protect the applicant we include only their first name and last initial, the market they are moving to, and your code — not their contact details or anything they told us about their situation.
Do I have to be a client to join?
No. The program is open to anyone — case managers, social workers, realtors, leasing staff, and past clients all refer through it.
I signed up before and lost my link. What now?
Enter the same email in the form above. You will get your original code back rather than a new one, so nothing you have already shared stops working.
