Prior eviction from a broken lease? Credit hit from constant relocating? We sign your apartment lease under our company name — the property never sees your personal record.
Every 13 weeks you move. Every move risks a broken lease, a gap in your record, a ding on your credit. You earn excellent income — but standard screening algorithms treat your career path like a liability. These are the four walls every traveling healthcare professional hits.
Four steps from application to keys. Designed around the 13-week travel nursing timeline.
The only individual requirement is verifiable income of 2.5× the monthly rent. Everything else — your eviction history, credit score, broken leases — is removed from the equation by the corporate lease structure.
We have established corporate lease relationships with property management companies in every major travel healthcare market. If your assignment is there, we can place you.
Don't see your assignment city? Call (415) 404-7112 — we work in markets we haven't listed here. If you have a start date and an income source, we have a path.
No surprise charges. No hidden fees. Here is every dollar you will ever pay — listed upfront before you commit to anything.
All fees are non-refundable once submitted, as outlined in your signed agreement. The risk fee is the only variable cost and is always one month's rent at the property you select.
Apply in 10 minutes. Your Relocation Specialist contacts you within 1 business day. Most travel nurses are placed before their start date. No credit check during intake.

Yes. Through corporate leasing, Luxe Corporate Living signs the apartment lease as the primary tenant under our company name. The property screens our business — not your personal eviction history. Travel nurses with evictions, broken leases, and credit challenges are approved daily through this structure.
We submit the rental application under Luxe Corporate Living. The property management company evaluates our corporate credit and lease history — not your personal record. You are listed as the occupant on the lease. Your eviction, broken lease, or credit score never appears in the screening process.
We accept travel nursing contracts, pay stubs from your agency, bank statements showing consistent deposits, or W2s. Your contract income counts in full. If you earn 2.5x the monthly rent, you very likely qualify.
Yes. Many of our property partners offer flexible lease terms starting at 3 months. We specifically target communities that work with corporate tenants on shorter-term lease arrangements to accommodate travel healthcare schedules.
Most travel nurse placements are completed within 7–14 days of application. We prioritize urgency because we understand assignment start dates don't wait. Applying is free, and your Relocation Specialist begins sourcing properties within 1 business day; the $499 file activation is due only once you select a unit.
