By using Luxe Corporate Living's services you agree that: (1) The $99 application fee is non-refundable regardless of outcome. (2) The $400 admin fee is non-refundable once paid. (3) Luxe Corporate Living's service fee equals one month's rent. (4) The lease is held under the Luxe Corporate Living corporate name — you are listed as official occupant. (5) Lease renewals require a new signature and renewal fee. (6) You are responsible for all rent payments for the 12-month lease term. (7) Providing false information is grounds for immediate termination of services without refund.

REFUND POLICY: All fees collected by Luxe Corporate Living are non-refundable once submitted. This includes: (1) The $99 application fee — covers internal file review and is non-refundable under all circumstances. (2) The $400 admin fee — forwarded directly to the property and is non-recoverable once transmitted. (3) Service fees equal to one month's rent — earned upon lease execution and non-refundable. Chargebacks will be contested with full documentation.

PRIVACY NOTICE: We collect your personal identification information, government-issued ID, income and employment details, and rental history to process your housing application and apply for corporate leases on your behalf. We share your verified identity and income with property management companies solely to secure your corporate lease. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
