Can a travel nurse with an eviction get approved for an apartment?
Yes. Through corporate leasing, we submit your apartment application under Kralc Investment Group LLC. The property runs screening on our business — not your personal history. Your prior evictions never appear in the process. We have placed travel nurses with multiple open evictions, including evictions filed within the past 30 days.
Does my travel nursing contract count as proof of income?
Yes. We accept travel nursing contracts from any staffing agency (Aya, AMN, Travel Nurse Across America, etc.), agency pay stubs, W2s, 1099s, or bank statements showing consistent deposits. As long as your income is verifiable and equals at least 2.5× the monthly rent, you qualify.
How fast can I get placed? My assignment starts in 3 weeks.
Our typical placement timeline for travel nurses is 7–14 days from the time your file is activated. Three weeks is enough time. Can I get a short-term or 13-week lease?
We specifically identify property partners that offer flexible corporate lease terms. Many communities offer 3-month, 6-month, and month-to-month options for corporate tenants. Your Relocation Specialist will filter property options by lease flexibility when you brief them on your assignment length.
What if I need to break the lease early if my assignment changes?
Since Kralc Investment Group LLC is the primary tenant, any lease break or early termination goes on our corporate record — not yours personally. You won't accumulate another personal broken lease. The service fee (one month's rent) at signing covers this risk structure on our side. Contact your Relocation Specialist immediately if your assignment changes — we often have options to transfer placements or negotiate exits.
Are my personal documents and information secure?
All documents submitted through our portal are encrypted with 256-bit TLS encryption. Your government-issued ID and personal information are used solely for identity verification and are never shared outside of Luxe Corporate Living's Relocation Specialist team.
